Bruno
In Loving Memory of
BRUNO

We were lucky enough to find Bruno at a small Dublin rescue. From the pictures, he looked close to a brown lab/collie cross and in the note from the rescue it said it was no problem having him in the car. Then we met Bruno. The journey from the rescue involved him barking the entire time and trying to jump into the front seat. He had a shockingly loud bark and it was one of his favourite past times - this included saying hello to dogs, cats, magpies and all animals that appeared, however briefly, on the TV (including cartoon characters). Then trying to figure out his actual breed was another story - we think there was definitely some husky in there somewhere. His personality quirks included: Following every member of the family around at all times, refusing to move his large load when we needed to get past him (including to hoover), shoving his head in the dishwasher at any opportunity, a love of all people - particularly the grand kids, and generally being one of the quirkiest animals we've ever owned. He's very much missed, especially by his Dad, Bill, who spent nearly 24-hrs a day with him. RIP Mr Bruno. We miss you.
