I can’t thank Megan enough for the care, compassion, and kindness she showed during one of the hardest moments for our family.
She was incredibly gentle and understanding, and most importantly, my cat Muckster was not afraid of her at all. Muckster was able to stay in her own bed on the sofa, feeling safe and comfortable, surrounded by all of us. There was no stress, no fear, and no pain, just calm and reassurance throughout.
Megan handled everything with such empathy and patience. She never rushed anything, was very flexible to our wishes, and kept gently petting Muckster the entire time, even after she had passed. That meant more to us than I can put into words.
I truly couldn’t have imagined a better way for Muckster to go, and I honestly don’t know how I would have coped bringing her into a clinical, unfamiliar environment where she would have been scared and distressed.
It was worth every cent, and I firmly believe it was the best decision we could have made, it spared her further suffering and allowed her to pass peacefully at home.
Thank you, Megan, for everything.
